LCC’s mission is to inspire a movement of empowered and intentional grandparents to engage in effective family discipleship so that future generations will know and follow Christ, and continue a Gospel legacy that outlives them. Len was born in Paraguay and moved to Canada at the age of nine. Len and his wife, Pam, have served as missionaries/Regional Directors with Awana for over 14 years. They live in Steinbach Manitoba, and have three children and four grandchildren. They are actively serving in both adult and children’s ministries at their local church and both have a passion for grandparent and children ministries.
