Shannan Lord: Executive Operations & Development Director
Shannan is a strong leader that actively seeks to enhance and grow the organizational mission. Developing and implementing change demands ambitious thinking, vision, and flexibility to embrace opportunity while honouring foundational values. Shannan prioritizes relationships while empowering and supporting her team to manage and lead in their areas of strength. With extensive experience in executive operations at both an Ontario Christian Camp and an International Retreat Centre, as well as noted excellence in hospitality, food and beverage services, finance, and customer service, Shannan will drive a renewed focus on excellence in all areas of camp operations.
Martin Lord: Ministry, Outreach & Sustainability Director
Martin has a deep calling and passion for serving and supporting ministry through relationship development and helping people grow in knowledge and faith. He prioritizes kingdom living through biblical teaching, mentorship, pastoral care, and spiritual counsel. His missional heart is engaged and guides people into a fulfilling relationship with God encouraging them to persevere as they wrestle with the issues of life and faith. Martis has extensive experience in Ontario & International Camping as an Executive Director, Lead Pastor, and Associate Elder. Committed to prayer and steadfast submission to the Holy Spirit for guidance, Martin will drive the ministry vision of JOY forward as JOY unwaveringly seeks to make Christ known and lead people to discover God through both creation and his inerrant word in outreach, evangelism, and service. |
